Verification will be conducted, and a confirmation reply will be provided within 24 hours.

Void Orders: If the receipt is not submitted within 24 hours of payment, the order will be automatically voided and is non-refundable.

If an incorrect delivery location is provided, please inform us within 2 hours after payment via WhatsApp.

Any delivery that occurs to a wrong location may incur additional charges, which the customer will be responsible for.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation and charcoal-grilling begin immediately upon order receipt.
